The Common Cold

I recently completed a podcast on Insiders Guide to Health and Wellness about the common cold. A good way to avoid getting a cold, virus, or flu is by alkalizing your body. In that discussion I tell people that stress can acidify the body as can sugar. Some of the supplements I refer to are CMD mineral drops, Atomidine (always use with doctors advice because it contains iodine) is used in very small amounts when used. I like PURE Vitamin C powder and Shaklee slow release vitamin C.
Alfalfa, chlorophyll and green vegetables are excellent sources to lower acidity.
